Step 1
Login to the live chat UI using the following credentials:
Username: aaron
Password: P@ssw0rd
You will then be redirected to the following screen within the live chat interface:
Step 2
Click on the blue chatbot icon in the lower right-hand corner of your screen.
Step 3
Type "hello" into the chatbox. This will prompt a response from the chatbot.
Next, type a question and the chatbot will respond with an answer.
Step 4
Look at the upper left-hand corner of the live chat UI and click on the speech bubble symbol. The live chat UI will change to show the status of your live chat conversations.
In the middle of the UI screen, you will notice a tab titled "chatbots". When you are ready, click on the "Take" button to take over the conversation.
Step 5
In the middle of the live chat UI, you will notice a tab titled "Waiting". Click on the "Start Chat" button to take control of the conversation from the chatbot.
